After 1 day since Shepherd escape, sgt. Lukas always bring a 44. Magnum. Soap and I go to his office to create a plan about attacking the Shadow Company HQ. When we arrive, sgt. Lukas shoot Soap and I. We avoid it, but the shot make the whole base alerted. He turn off the power and blow up the C4 that he set it earlier. He escape with some weapons and some blueprints. Soap is trying to contact Price, while I go catch sgt. Lukas. Then, Lieutenant Ghost close the gate, so sgt. Lukas can't escape. "Sgt. Calvin! Arrest sgt. Lukas but don't harm him! I need him alive!" Say Lt. Ghost through the radio. Then, i see sgt. Lukas riding a car, trying to get out from the base. Price order all TF141 soldier to guard the back door. After that, the power is turned on, making our defensive robots attacking sgt. Lukas' car. But, his car is bullet-proof, so he escape the base. The AC-130 plane arrive and shoot sgt. Lukas' car. His car is destroyed, but Lukas is still alive. He run to the city. "Ghost! Evacuate every civilian in that city!" Price ordered Ghost. Then, Ghost use a helicopter to evacuate the civilian from the air. TF141 tanks arrive in the city, and making a blockade at the streets. But, a predator drone attack one of the building. A dozen of Shadow Company tanks arrive at the city. I run to an alley to avoid being shot. I see sgt. Lukas running to the street. I go to the street, only find that there is a heavy shootout in the street. I help the TF141 soldier and continue to catch Lukas. I see him in a chopper, and the chopper fly away. All the Shadow Company soldiers retreat, making the city secured from any threats.

After the Task Force 141 secure Shepherd's body, Sgt. Lukas want to go to Fire Base Phoenix, Afghanistan. After he leaves, i call some scientist to learn more about Shepherd's body. A Scientist prepare the equipment, while the other scientist check Shepherd's vital organ. When a Scientist pull the knife out from his left eye, Shepherd wakes, and kill the scientist with the knife. A Scientist use his desert eagle to kill Shepherd, but Shepherd avoid it, and take the Desert Eagle. He go to TF141 cell, and use the C4 to free all of the prisoners. We cannot fight them all, so we must retreat. But they destroy the escape boat, so we can't escape. Luckily, sgt. Lukas come, and kill all of the criminals, except General Shepherd. He hijack one of our Little Bird, and he escape to nearest Shadow Company HQ.

One day after the death of General Shepeherd, while we're searching for Price and Soap, we discovered the body of General Shepherd, lying down in the middle of Afghanistan. But the Shadow Company found the body, and taking it to secret base in Jakarta, Indonesia. I go to the base with sgt. Lukas with me under sgt. Lukas command. I go to the base and attack the Shadow Company. On the other side of the base, Soap and Price are attacking the base with the Predator Drone. But the Shadow Company destroy the Predator Drone, and attack i and sgt. Lukas. After we fight trough enemy defenses, i meet Soap and Price. Soap almost kill me, but sgt. Lukas known Soap pretty well, and he saved me. Nikolai come to us, and we take Shepherd's body to the rescue chopper. Near the coast of Jakarta, the Shadow Company attacked the city. We fly away from Jakarta while sgt. Lukas say "Don't worry Jakarta, we will return."
